HDPE Smoothwall Conduit

Co-extruded color layer provides visual utility or end use of conduit identification.

Colour fastness and UV protection performance for co-extruded conduit is equal to full wall colors and is suitable for storage outdoors for up to one year.

Encoma HDPE conduit is manufactured in accordance with CSA C22.2 No. 327-18 standard

We offer 3/4 to 6 inch pipe diameter. Multiple wall thickness are available based on the application.

Optional co-extruded silicone inner layer acts as a permanently lubricated lining. This reduces the coefficient of friction which results in a reduction of wet lubrication. Test data shows a 50% lower coefficient of friction than standard HDPE conduit

We offer pipe on coils or sticks in custom lengths up to 60 feet.

Smooth Out/Ribbed In

Extruded using the same process as our Smoothwall conduit.

The ribbed internal design reduces the surface contact area inside of the conduit. This enhancement, combined with our co- extruded silicone inner layer, reduces friction even more during cable placement.

Geothermal Pipe

High-Density Polyethylene Pipe is the recommended material for use in ground source heat pump systems because of certain characteristics that it possesses. Our geothermal pipe is manufactured from virgin high density PE-4710 material designed to meet or exceed ASTM D3350. Our geothermal pipe is guaranteed for life against rot, rust, electrolytic corrosion, and defects in both material and workmanship.

We offer 3/4 to 6 inch pipe diameter. Multiple wall thickness are available.

Prefabricated Geo Loops

We are pleased to introduce our prefabricated Geo loops, designed for efficient vertical and directional boring. Encoma’s geothermal pipe is cut to meet your project’s specific length requirements and securely fused to a butt fusion U-bend. Each loop is capped and pressurized by our trained technicians, ensuring it is ready for immediate installation upon arrival at the job site

Water Pipe

Encoma’s outside diameter-controlled water pipe is manufactured from PE-4710 high-density polyethylene resin and meets or exceeds all requirements of ASTM D3035
