5 Layer Radiant Tubing with Oxygen Barrier
Encoma’s Radiant Tubing—made with advanced PE-RT resin—combines the trusted benefits of polyethylene along with exceptional high-temperature resistance, delivering the next generation of radiant heating pipe.
The PE-RT layers provide outstanding hydrostatic strength, exceptional temperature performance, and unrivaled flexibility—ensuring easy installation and dependable, long-term results in demanding hydronic heating systems.
Encoma’s Radiant Tubing is engineered with a robust five-layer construction designed for maximum durability and system protection. This highly-engineered design features an internally extruded EVOH oxygen barrier that significantly reduces oxygen permeation into the water—virtually eliminating corrosion and extending system life. The barrier is fully encapsulated between strong adhesive layers and protected by inner and outer layers of advanced PE-RT material, delivering exceptional strength, flexibility, and long-term reliability.
Offering high strength, high temperature resistance, and long life without cross-linking. PE-RT Material is included in CSA B214 Installation code for hydronic heating systems.
Encoma’s Radiant Tubing bears the NSF mark and has undergone all required North American testing to ensure it is fully suitable for hydronic radiant heating, cooling, and snow melting systems.
